Dieses Gesetz ist eigentlich
gedacht, um die Privatisierung des Telefondienstes ab 1998 zu regeln. Es
betrifft aber auch Provider und Mailboxen. §90 macht dieses Gesetz zum
Abhörgesetz. Es ermöglicht den Sicherheitsbehörden, jederzeit auf
Kundendaten zuzugreifen, und zwar so, daß keiner es merken darf.
Die technischen Einrichtungen dafür muß der Provider, bzw. Mailboxbetreiber

Grundrecht, das Briefgeheimnis, zu entkräften! Das Recht auf Privatsphäre kann
im elektronischen Datenverkehr nur durch Verschlüsselung (Kryptographie)
